Strategy: Being open-minded towards the unique conditions of the location. Developing, continuing building and interconnecting the existing qualities while considering the desired requirements of the building. In its position and proportions, the quarry stone cube exactly matches the exterior dimensions of the former parsonage. The central motif “Church on the table” at the gate between the city and the Niddaaue can be experienced in the open staircase. Goal: Building a strong place for the future.
