Hello Hamburg – The Newcomer’s Handbook. Hello wants to support people in making Hamburg their new home. The app offers practical assistance and helpful information about Hamburg’s largest institutions and their offers. Text and audio information is available in German, English, Arabic, Farsi and Russian. Hello was initiated by the Bücherhallen Hamburg and is run as a joint project with the VHS Hamburg, the Elbkinder and the digital agency 6EARS.
