The building (total floor area: 25,000 sqm) consists of a two-storey production hall in steel with adjacent reinforced concrete blocks for the offices. A glazed atrium containing the main entrance links this building with the two-storey reinforced concrete structure for product development and laboratories. With a view to achieving optimum production conditions and appreciation for the work, this production building designed to DGNB standards reflects the significance of corporate architecture.

This building’s expressive support structure conveys its dynamism and solidity as key attributes of the precision scale – the product made in the new manufacturing plant. The choice of materials and elaboration of details reflects – clearly and impressively – the importance of corporate architecture for the company.
