Holcom HQ

Description

The Holcom Building comes from the idea of bringing together over 20 companies belonging to one single holding in the same building to create a powerful landmark on the Beirut cityscape. Developed over seven levels above ground and covering 35,000 sqm, Holcom HQ can simultaneously accommodate up to 1,000 people and different organisations through a project focusing on a virtuoso combination of factors.

Statement of the jury

This design is based on a sustainable approach that is clearly reflected in the modernity of the architecture. The façade, which is composed of countless sun shade slats, endows the building with the quality of an icon that is impressive even from a distance.
