INNOVATION_ THE CREATION OF A NEW CONCEPT OF OFFICES: The objective of the new headquarters of the CTTI of the Generalitat de Catalunya (Public Government) was to establish a “new offices concept”; a new scene of work designed to be innovative with the following purpose: Generate new dynamics of work, promote communication among its users by creating new work zones, and finally, model a new corporate identity that links its design with a new stamp of “innovator brand”.

Statement of the jury

This new office concept is notable for its intelligent lighting design that adroitly combines artificial light with natural light that is brought into the interior via shafts. The polygonal design approach looks young and fresh, and lends the design a distinctive identity.
