Sömnadskollektivet

Description

The graphic identity, pattern design, logo, colour palette and brand message for Sömnadskollektivet (the Tailor Cooperative) were created and applied to their display material and overall brand. This worker cooperative with the ambition to integrate immigrants and help the environment works with recycled textiles by turning them into new products, e.g. clothes and reusable bags for fruits and greens. Their values of equality, sustainability and social change were incorporated into the design.

Statement of the jury

The design, with its simple graphic patterns, clear typography and planes of colour, looks appealing, individual, friendly and timelessly modern despite its minimalism, also attracting a high degree of attention.
