Restaurant Lingenhel

Description

The two cornerstones of this architectural concept are the project’s listed building and Lingenhel’s corporate identity. Its counters, bars, and presentation furniture evoke images of cubically stacked beams, which were inspired by the beams of the historic roof truss. One of the central areas surely is the public cheese dairy with its adjacent tasting and event room. The sophisticated light evokes the image of a theatre stage, which puts the cheese-making process in the central limelight.

The rooms feature a clear, contemporary design concept that intelligently links the individual areas in terms of form and content, thus providing visitors and guests with a holistic culinary experience.
