BLACK CHILI PROFISET

We have been continuously developing the design of our BLACK CHILI 3-piece combination ‘Profiset’ since 2015. The current Generation 5 brings functionality, aesthetics and ergonomics together at a new level. To achieve this, we are merging European and Asian knife traditions, running our own development laboratory and constantly incorporating customer feedback. The blades are forged by hand in small craft productions from former lorry springs, which we recycle. This high-quality carbon steel gives the blades their unique look, sustainability and extreme sharpness. The handles are made of ironwood and ebony.
