The lack of specialised staff, the increase in chronic illnesses and demographic change pose a major challenge for the healthcare system in Germany. In order to be able to offer the same high quality of care in the future, the foundation must be laid for new and innovative structures. The knowledge platform "gesundheitskompassBW" shows approaches and exemplary projects that can later serve as a basis for healthcare provision in the state of Baden-Württemberg.
