Things used to be complicated. We’ve simplified matters. Its functions respond automatically to the body’s needs to ensure an ideal sitting position with minimum fuss. The design of Connex2 is primarily characterised by lines and turns from within the same design idiom, as well as familiar curves. One distinctive characteristic is the central aluminium element of the backrest support. Connex2 is refreshing with its new free expression of colour: the controls are highlighted in colour.

Statement of the jury

This extremely comfortable office chair captivates with its clear lines and gentle curves, which look as though they were made of one piece and that endow the chair with a marvellously harmonious appearance. The striking aluminium element on the rear of the seat back underscores the contemporary look of this interesting design.
