Description

Consultations follow a meaningful and purposeful inner dramaturgy: On the basis of this thesis, mediaworx develops, an application for mobile use in customer dialogue,together with customer advisors from the Provinzial Rheinland. Using an iteratively completed service blueprint, the stages of the different consultations are held and transferred into an overarching chronology. The process-oriented and image-focussed format enables a contemporary and goal-oriented dialogue form.
