When completed in 2018, Grand Tower in Frankfurt/Main will be Germany’s tallest and most exclusive residential building – measuring 172 m in height. STERN was awarded the contract to develop the corresponding marketing package following a multi-agency pitch. STERN devised the overarching tagline: “Living the High Life”. The high-calibre, sumptuous look-and-feel, paired with an out-of-the-ordinary storyline, clearly differentiates the image book from other real-estate communications.

Statement of the jury

The sophisticated image book about Germany’s tallest residential high-rise perfectly reflects the aspirations of the property in terms of quality, design and exclusivity in its beautifully aesthetic photography, graphic design, interesting content and haptics.
