Description

The longing for authenticity and naturalness is a result of the acceleration of our everyday life. The creation of the trade fair stand illustrates variants of the natural and takes the visitor away into a bewildering, unreal scenario because everything is made out of wallpaper: ground, walls, flowers, trees, tendrils and shrubs. The fair’s appearance invites to freely play with ideas, opens a range of possibilities and changes between a bright play, a product exhibition and an artistic environment.

Statement of the jury

The idea of making intriguing scenarios out of nothing but wallpaper has been executed in a thoroughly systematic and inventive fashion. It’s hard to imagine a more direct way to convey the theme of wallpaper.
