Description

Designed as a part of a holistic digital concept, the Finnair mobile application streamlines the early steps of each journey and keeps travellers updated on schedules, gates and all changes that might occur. The app has received a significant amount of praise for its ability to give people peace of mind on the move. In 2016, following the successful launch to frequent flyers, Finnair made the app available for all travellers. Finnair has further developed the app on its own since June 2017.
