Description

TORsten is an Automated Ground Vehicle (AGV), that takes over different transportation tasks in production and warehouses, by underriding individual platforms. The vehicle navigates autonomously, avoids obstacles dynamically, and even distributes tasks intelligently within the fleet.

Statement of the jury

This practical automated guided vehicle, with its clean lines, features a very modern look. This is further underscored by the white body and its distinctive red support surfaces. The compact design is functional; the control centre is positioned inside the housing to provide protection.
