Description

“Church of Sneakers” is a complex freeform, made out of white honeycomb core plates (Paper, flame retardant) and represents a modern interpretation of a sacral building for sneakers. Focusing on the sneaker, a maximum of flexibility regarding the presentation of the product was the primary goal. All used materials are completely recyclable. Using parametric planning tools made the entire process operable.


Statement of the jury

With its striking organic form, this dome and the related presentation modules are intriguing, and endow the shop with a unique identity. A strong design whose visual effect is accentuated by suitable lighting.
