nHouse is a new and innovative pre-fabricated housing company. Our brief was to brand the nHouse as a commodity, a product of desire rather than just a housing solution. The concept was based around the four-part construction of each nHouse with the logo combining the four-part construction with the shape of the nHouse and the letter “n”.
Statement of the jury
The product’s modularity is echoed by the clear structural design of the logo. The compact form symbolises the house and also stands for the letter “n” in the brand name – thus making the branding distinctive. A harmonious and well executed design that has been systematically transposed to all media and materials and that successfully positions the brand as a very high-quality entity.
