Description

Period building flat in Vienna, 2016, 196 m2 total living area, revitalisation and furnishing concept. Less is more; it’s true in general, but particularly when renovating older buildings. This is also the case with this project, because for the customer, three aspects were particularly important: restraint, simplicity and preservation of the history of the house.

Statement of the jury

This old residential structure has a spacious and light appearance, and despite having been modernised has retained its historic charm.
