With the objective of bringing the Bible closer to young adults, this new standard translation features an additional 96 pages. Oriented towards the target group, these pages approach the biblical texts through questions related to real life, including the topics of love and relationships, work and leisure, as well as fear and hope. Short comments, term definitions and links to further biblical references are aimed at making it easy to start reading the Bible.

Statement of the jury

The contemporary design of the cover and the pages inside (which are exceptionally well done from a formal and content standpoint) are in perfect sync with the target group’s tonality, but without simplifying the content. A good way to inspire heretofore non-Bible readers to become avid Bible readers.
