The challenge in implementing the image brochure was clearly to distinguish the positioning of Rosentritt Wohnbau GmbH from its competitors. Like the buildings, the means of communication for decision-makers at the municipal level should also manifest a high-quality, sustainable impression. In order to reproduce the reference part of the brochure without loss of image, lay-flat binding was used, in which the double pages can be opened flat. This gives also extra volume.

This brochure is notable for its magnificent design and beautifully photographed buildings, which are very well showcased thanks to the plans provided on each facing page. A persuasive marketing tool that impeccably reflects the company’s unwavering commitment to quality.
