Description

Depression is still living in the shadows in our society even though many people suffer from the condition. The Ministry of Health in Bavaria has launched the campaign Bitte stör mich in order to strengthen awareness of this topic. An emotional film was created to touch the viewers and encourage help from the social environment of people suffering from depression.

Statement of the jury

This moving film shows, via penetrating visuals, how important it is not to allow people suffering from depression to feel isolated, but to instead proactively reach out to them.
