Description

The Königsplatz is one of Augsburg’s most important traffic hubs. For this reason, Stadtwerke Augsburg choose the most notable public transportation interface as the location for their information point. The existing infrastructure did not do justice to the large quantity of customers, as it was unable to provide the required quality of advice. Therefore, the SWA customer centre has been remodelled and equipped by Büro Kolb according to an entirely new, in order to meet the present requirements.

Statement of the jury

This customer centre features a formally and technically contemporary, open and friendly look and feel. The atmospherically illuminated counter with the huge media wall behind it is visually striking and makes a favourable impression.
