Description

The spacious interior, decorated in dark colors, finished with natural materials, reflects authenticity and simplicity – values that define this modern grill house. The restaurant has been divided into two clearly defined zones – an extensive dining room and kitchen hidden in a wooden cube with a shelf 14 meters long. The project is characterized by great attention to details – visible in both the choice of furniture finishing and equipment, most of which is custom-made.

Statement of the jury

The large wooden wall shelf endows the space with a warm and friendly atmosphere and is also a striking conversation piece of the decor. The restaurant also has an agreeably open ambience, is clearly laid out and has a highly modern look and feel that are in step with the times.
