Description

The main part of the glass bottle features traditional Chinese window frames carved in relief. We adopted an old technique known as »Bu Bu Jin« to forge these frames, which convey connotations of a promising career and a bright future. The four Chinese characters: 匠心营造 are embedded subtly into the frames in a vertical order. This forms the aesthetic perspective for the design; ingenuity is no longer ostentatious, and only the perfection of every single detail is retained – this precisely embodies the extreme expression of the product’s name.

Statement of the jury

The glass used in the bottle is engraved with the pattern of traditional Chinese window frames – a motif that is repeated on the label. This approach enables customers to have a tactile experience of ancient Chinese crafts.
