Description

The new building is located in simple geometries on the property in north-south orientation. To create an entrance area, as well as the spatial delineation of the adjacent multi-party residential building, parts of buildings, such as the garage and the cooking and dining aeas are pulled out from the base cube and offset against each other. This creates privacy-protected living areas on the ground floor, both indoors and outdoors.

The modern design plays cleverly with the structure’s proportions to create sculptural architecture that impresses both in terms of its functionality and elegance.
