Brother Earth

The website Brother Earth tells you Brother’s global environmental activities under the slogan Brother Earth – Working with you for a better environment with sophisticated graphics and videos. The site consists of three major parts – Environmental Activities, Eco Technology, and Click for the Earth. Each introduces Brother’s biodiversity conservation activities and the latest eco-conscious technology. Click for the Earth allows user to interact with Brother through a click donation system.

Statement of the jury

The green, graphically simple design of the site is a clear reference to environmental protection. The Brother brand holds back visually and places the environmental project Click for the Earth right in the foreground. The user is motivated to click on the environmental project. For each click, it is not the user that donates, but Brother who gives one cent towards reforestation. An interesting mechanism that arouses curiosity and interest, while also raising awareness for protecting the environment.
