Die Siggerwiesen Akten 2016

Description

The business reports of the Siggerwiesen (Salzburg, Austria) environmental protection plants, subdivided into RHV, SAB and WSB, enjoyed special exposure in 2016. They are truly unique. Not only is the appearance reminiscent of past times, a Graz printer (Infinitive Factory) also produced them using printing techniques of those times. The paper inside is from old stock (ca. 1980), reflecting the nose, appearance and feel of those times.

Statement of the jury

The annual reports of the Siggerwiesen Environmental Protection Facility (Salzburg, Austria) are presented in an almost historical 1980s retro design, making them stand out from the overproduced crowd in a refreshingly different way. What is impressive is the consistency with which the report (which was typed with a typewriter) creates this impression: In addition to the original printing technique, even the paper used comes from ancient sources; photos were attached to the individual file sheets with a paper clip. A strong publication that surprises with its look and feel, is fun and also sustainable.
