Jubiläums Trinkglas-Trilogie

Description

A drinking glass trilogy was developed with top designer Sebastian Herkner. With the label Sebastian Herkner for Poschinger, a whiskey/wine tumbler, a water/juice cup and a champagne glass were created. The design is innovative and down-to-earth: A lucid goblet balances on a massive base plate, which has been finished with elaborate grinding work. It holds the wavy structure of the hot glass with all its energy, as if it had captured it for eternity.

Statement of the jury

Each of the three anniversary glasses are perfectly proportioned and look timelessly elegant thanks to their clear design. One beautiful detail is the thick, almost pedestal-like, perfectly sanded and strikingly-coloured base, which not only ensures high stability, but – in combination with the cylindrical cup – also makes the trilogy unmistakable. A confidently designed and hand-crafted product, that pleases both the eyes and the fingers.
