Description

The task of the project was to create an architecture office with a guest house and the necessary outbuildings on the property neighbouring the residential building. The idea is the intensive involvement of the clients in the planning process. Next to the workplaces, a guest house was built that can be used by the builders. A bedroom with a spa and gym offers retreats for the guests. The open space connects the buildings meaningfully, creating spaces for communication and retreat.

Statement of the jury

The elegant concept stands out with a clear, right-angled design, whose proportions consistently follow those of the neighbouring building. A mix of materials made up of wood, exposed concrete and marble creates a modern and high-quality look.
