Description

ROOT is a new fine-dining restaurant in Central helmed by a passionate team promoting the finest dining experience. The »taste from raw« concept has been integrated into the restaurant’s interior design, with seasonal ingredients that will delight even the most selective buds. Fine wood and raw stone have been carefully selected to make sophisticated modern interior design details and to imitate a real forest. This is a Silver Award-winning project in the A’ Design Award Competition (Italy).

Statement of the jury

The interior reflects the philosophy of the restaurant in a modern and comprehensible way. It looks decidedly modern and elegant and creates a pleasantly warm atmosphere thanks to the high proportion of wood. Screen walls made of vertical wooden slats subtly interpret the aesthetics of trees in the forest.
