If, after a long, hard day, you can’t put a smile on your face, why not put a statement sheet mask on instead? Kochstrasse™ developed a packaging design with an ironic focus on the usage context – the user’s »me time« – rather than the actual beauty benefit. This slightly ironic design was played out on social media; the initial batch sold directly at the POS as a limited edition.


Statement of the jury

This packaging design focuses not on the uses of the product, but on the context in which it is used. A strong, communicative idea that liberates the product from the world of personal care and emotionally charges it in a self-deprecating way. A perfect gadget for the next beauty party.
