Galleria

Description

This is a club chair design with inspiration from a raised platform and curved balcony in a theatre. The design reflects such elevated galleries filled with spotlights by using an architectural material of steel in perforated sheet and tube format. Galleria has a minimalist profile with simple curves and a united metal structure while its leather upholstery provides theatre-like seating comfort.

Statement of the jury

The striking design of the armchair, inspired by the gallery and balconies in classical theatres, appears timelessly elegant, provides pleasant, comfortable when sitting and is highly recognisable thanks to the consistently implemented design concept.
