Description

The two-storey villa is placed as a spatial sculpture on a park-like plot. The building opens up to the park via floor-to-ceiling windows, while the street facade with its vertical metal elements preserves the privacy of the residents. The interior is reduced to key design elements. In addition to the bright walls, the triad of materials composed of concrete, wood and anodised metal is a defining feature. With its horizontal and vertical lines, the architecture forms a charming contrast with the surrounding nature.

The design convinces down to the last detail, with an extremely high creative quality, whose sculptural style is reinforced by the use of high-quality materials. An elegant construction that promises a high standard of living accommodation.
