Future Lawyer
Description
Nothing seems more direct than the surrounding space. It influences everything, always and everywhere – not only aesthetics, well-being and motivation, but also structures and processes. Not only CSMM’s architects, but also Linklaters’ lawyers believe in carefully designed spaces. In the pioneering pilot project Future Lawyer, they jointly created a flowing spatial structure whose design fascinates both the experienced and the youngest generation of talented lawyers.
Statement of the jury
The forward-looking design approach breaks resolutely with traditional single-office layouts, creating instead a fluid spatial structure that elevates to a contemporary level open, yet soundproof workspaces, zones for concentrated work and meetings, as well as areas for recreation and social communication. High-quality materials, a carefully considered colour concept and, last but not least, the wall-high glass rooms with their strikingly rounded corners create an exclusive working atmosphere.
