The only currently available plot for a residential high-rise in Frankfurt/Main. A winning design by mecanoo architects from the Netherlands. Two dynamic project developers (PHOENIX Real Estate and Groß & Partner). And a well-coordinated marketing team (JLL Residential Development and STERN). To position and exclusively market the project, we designed and produced a high-quality marketing book that addresses potential investors personally.

With its elegant design, the cover establishes a direct connection to the distinctive structure of the exclusive residential high-rise’s façade, arousing curiosity. An elegantly produced brochure that combines an aesthetic visual language with clear and elegant design to create a highly positive vision of life in the future development.
