Who? The brand SHA. For the German property developer DENKMALNEU. What? The project SKY. Renovating a 70,000 m2 building that has been standing empty. Where? The Living House in Leipzig. The former general post office in the city centre. How? Sound and colour comprising 5,000 interactive light and sound sticks. When? Construction phase 1 launched. Entire property will be completed by summer 2019. Why? Breathing life into a building with special spatial experiences.

Statement of the jury

The fascinating sea of sound and colour, made up of 5,000 interactive light and sound rods, produces a unique and powerfully poetic atmosphere. A beautiful and meaningful installation that really does justice to the celebratory event.
