Lake House

Description

This is a house design with special requirements beyond just a residence. The owners are professionals with two young children. They wanted a home office space that would allow them to receive clients and business contacts while maintaining privacy and security. In addition, the residential estate in which the house is located has guidelines and regulations regarding universal design and accessibility. These two key requirements were incorporated into the design.
