FTAVis is an incredibly interesting tool for viewing and understanding the complexity of global free trade agreements (FTAs). The project visualises 789 free trade agreements between 205 countries over the past 66 years. FTAVis is the first project that presents global trade over such a long period of time in such a clear manner, providing a valuable tool for both economists and journalists. The graphically sophisticated tool is freely accessible to the public.
