„Nur Mut“ (Take Heart) is the optimistic credo of the Kresing architectural office and the guiding principle for this magazine. The cover with the word "fear" challenges the reader to a test of courage: only those who dare to tear open the cover will find out the actual message. In terms of content, the motto runs through various stories, interviews and project work, among other things, and is quoted in typography and design.


Statement of the jury

»Kresings Magazine No. 2« surprises readers with the option to tear the cover to reach the positive message beneath. This strong idea integrates the theme of »showing courage« into the design concept in an unusual way that is just as courageous itself.
