The building is a Modernist structure completed in 1939 of significant interest to the 20th Century Society. To represent modernism in the 1930s, Element Living took it from there and turned it into fashion in Art Deco style. The client in this instance is a quiet man, who imaginatively requested the most vibrant living room full of energy and colour, while retaining a sense of calm and peacefulness. As one can imagine such a juxtaposition of "Vibrant Yet Peaceful" aspirations was quite a challenge. Element Living discovered the secrets of addressing it with the use of colours, curves, and artworks, etc.
