ePaddle

Description

The ePaddle represents the most minimal form of aid for forward motion. It is a stick with an electrically powered wheel on one end and an accelerator button on the other. The aim is to make longboarding, skateboarding, inline skating and roller skating even more exciting; to be able to ride fast anywhere and at any time, to concentrate on cornering and tricks and to turn any car park into a mountain pass road at the weekend.

Statement of the jury

The ePaddle is an electric drive that recalls the push pole of a rafter, thus combining the archaic design vocabulary with state-of-the-art technology. An innovative skater tool with a high fun factor that can be very simply dismantled into three parts for transport.
