Klara-Küche Bar is a 350 sqm gastronomy space at the Hanau’s marketplace. The concept is seasonal cuisine with selected local products. Special attention is paid to the origin, production methods and processing of the foods. There is a focus on the authenticity of the products and their preparation, which is perfectly reflected in the openness of the interior design. A combination of old and new and an interplay of materials, surfaces and customised design features tell a unique story that gives the location a special flair.
