GEOSTAR G5/G7

Description

GEOSTAR welds thermoplastic liners. It is ergonomically operated with one hand and features three parking and maintenance positions as well as a robust yet light-weight cast aluminum frame. The welding wedge is replaced in seconds. A digital interface continuously monitors welding parameters. The Leister Quality System (LQS) records these as well as positional data and creates reports. Through a wireless interface, the machine can exchange welding data through an app with web-enabled smart devices.

Statement of the jury

The ergonomic design of the welding machine makes it possible to operate the machine with only one hand. The cover, in a colour that contrasts with the metal base, lends the product a distinctive look.
