Continuum

Description

MTI Baths worked in partnership with Matthew Quinn to create the Continuum. The unique sink repurposes the countertop that was cut – as a faux bottom. By including levelling feet, the countertop material is fitted perfectly into the stone sink to create a seamless design. It is made from a mixture of organic natural ground materials and high performance resins – and the cut-out is repurposed, making it eco-friendly.

Statement of the jury

The use of the worktop cutout as the bottom of the washbasin is an extravagant idea that makes Continuum unique.
