Description

Transforming a preserved farm into a housing-complex: Recently threatened by decline, a preserved farm was transformed to a place for housing and working. The reconstruction follows the idea of pragmatic-poetic building contuinity. Bulky, sometimes frayed elements directly meet new, accurately inserted materials. Thanks to varying building structures and damages, a differentiated reconstruction and spatial concept was realized for each building. Consistent material selection guarantees a harmonic cohesion of the whole complex.
