Description

W-eye has always looked to nature as a source of inspiration for its collections. These sunglasses are no exception, with a design sparked by unique lava formations found in several places around the world (Iceland, Ireland, Italy and Japan). Specifically, the idea for the hexagonal shape of these sunglasses arose during a visit to the Giant’s Causeway on a trip to Ireland.

Statement of the jury

Inspired by lava, the design lends these sunglasses an exclusive look that is strikingly emphasised by the hexagonal form which makes them so distinctive.
