Description

The subtle and abstract nature of the design is the result of research and experimentation. The results merge contemporary and traditional graphics with texture. The haphazard nature of the design was inspired by the world of celebration, confetti and life’s fleeting moments. It creates a subtle and abstract graphic where the apparent randomness of the design is translated by Tibetan artisans using 152,000 individual knots/sqm. Custom made randomness born through experimentation.

The design tries to convey the impression of randomly scattered confetti and is the result of magnificently artistic weaving. Fascinating in every respect.
