Description

The structure resting on arch or semi-arch bearing bases has a reduced impact on the soil, so it allows the soil to breathe and enjoy the rain. A block composed of four villa units has the chance to enjoy the view panoramically with the mechanism capable of rotating 360° a day. The need for water in the residences is met by refining the water collected in rain water storage units and distributing it to the villas. Design has a minimal effect on nature and ensures harmony with nature.

Statement of the jury

The villas have an entrancingly extravagant design that make them genuine eye-catchers, while the rotary mechanism is an exciting extra. At the same time, the arched structure ensures that only a minimum of its footprint is sealed.
