Description

The new inkjet system in 70 × 100 cm format enables truly industrialized digital printing. Based on the Heidelberg Speedmaster technology, the new digital printing system combines the best of two worlds: flexibility and scope for differentiation from the world of digital printing and reliability, robustness, and precision from the world of offset printing. This is made possible through cutting-edge drop-on-demand inkjet technology and of course full integration into the Prinect® workflow.

Statement of the jury

The Primefire 106’s modern, rectilinear design, with its dynamically slanted and distinctive silver surfaces and contrasting dark glass surfaces, reflects high standards of quality, performance, perfection and user-friendliness down to the tiniest detail. The machine’s various sections are arranged clearly and are easy to access.
