Description

The name Arta fuses art and architecture. The concept Arta sees itself as a hybrid of classic Bauhaus architecture and today’s modern cosmopolitan lifestyle. Arta is deliberately meant to be a mix of art, lifestyle and quiet relaxation. This central idea find its reflection in the architecture of both levels – the basement for regeneration and the bel étage for the unlimited. The main characteristic is the “S-gallery”, which gives a characteristic shape to the panorama façade of the house.

Statement of the jury

With its striking overhangs and characteristic S-shaped frontal structure, this cubic construction conveys both exclusivity and elegance. A beautiful project, one that celebrates the traditional principles of the Bauhaus at a high aesthetic level.
